Crochetology Giveaway:
Koigu Yarn

Last year I posted about my love of this koigu pink yarn.
Today I want to start the new year with a giveaway of another koigu skein,
this lovely blue.

From the Jimmy Bean Wool website:

Koigu Premium Merino (KPM) Solid colors are pure hand painted beauty! Each dye lot is "painted" individually and then heat is applied to fix the dyes. Dye lots are rinsed and hung on rods to dry. Once dry the yarn is wound into 50g skeins, twisted and labeled.

*Please Note* Dyed by hand in small batches, no two dye lots are exactly the same. The beauty of hand-dyed yarns is that each hank is a unique work of art, so please be aware that there can be a variation in coloring, hue and saturation, even within the same dye batch.

Koigu has agreed to contribute a minimum of 5% of their gross profits from the sale of their Stitch Red product (1100) to the Foundation for the National Institutes of Health in support of The Heart Truth® and women's heart health education and research.

For more information about Crochetology Giveaways, go here.

For a chance to win this lovely skein, simply leave a comment below and a winner
will be randomly selected and announced on Wednesday January 15th 2014.

I've been wanting to try Koigu KPPPM for a while now, I've heard nothing but good things about it! Blue is not my favourite colour, but it is my brother's and he's been nagging me for a hat lately...  It would be lovely to win this lovely skein :)

OMG! This is my favorite color and this yarn looks scrumptious! I would love to win and be able to try this yarn. I don't buy much yarn for myself unless a pattern calls for it.

Hi, I'm new to your site but am thoroughly intrigued by it already. I loved the parcel tied up with yarn and the beautiful crocheted flower. I learned to crochet in cotton thread in my youth and am now retired and trying out all the new things done with yarn. Please enter me in your giveaway for Koigu yarn. I love the colour but haven't worked with variegated colours yet. Would love to try it, I may become a convert. Thanks, Wasalee
